It’s that time of year again when Team Crossman have been working extra hard to harvest the apples from the orchards and bring them in for pressing.
After the apples have been shredded, the pulp is packed between sheets of cheese cloth & wooden pallets and stacked on top of each other. The apple/cloth/pallet tower is then carefully placed in the hydraulic press for the juice to be extracted.
The juice is then collected and everything else is a secret, so there… 🙂
