The Apple brings you the world’s finest range of ciders & perries, along with some truly exceptional beers, wines and spirits, on a beautifully converted Dutch barge in the heart of Bristol’s Old City. The large sun-drenched quayside terrace and deck bar with breath-taking views of the historic Floating Harbour also offers you the perfect setting to enjoy a menu of sumptuous, wholesome, west-country inspired, locally sourced food.

With an informal, unpretentious charm and friendly, funky staff who really make a fuss of their customers, The Apple has become a place that people are really passionate about, a place that people love.

Come to The Apple any day of the week and you’ll find yourself rubbing shoulders with all sorts of people. As your inhibitions melt away you may even find yourself rediscovering the lost art of striking up a conversation at the bar!

Cider, sunshine and waterside socialising are an irresistible draw for young and old, trendy and alternative alike, creating a buzzing, bustling, unique atmosphere. When asked, they say The Apple is all about putting quality, craft-produced cider into a modern context, an environment where everyone can enjoy it. But really, more fundamentally, The Apple is about creating a welcoming environment, a timeless, down-to-earth, friendly place, where people can just relax and have fun.

Do pop along for a swift half (or several) when you’re next in town.
